Water. Our body is composed of 60% water. ⅔ of our human body is made up of water. And water is still crucial to our health. Water can have the power to change your mindset and your body. Here are some benefits of water!



  1. Water allows you to avoid dehydration. Without water, your body can feel fatigued and weak, affecting your body, strength, and motivation. Sometimes when you are feeling down, all you need is a cup of water!

  2. Water allows you to reduce your appetite and increase metabolism. Sometimes, when you feel hungry, sometimes you are just thirsty. Grab a cup of water!

  3. Water allows you to have better heart health too. Water can lower the risk of a heart attack.

  4. Water creates glowing skin. It provides numerous benefits for your skin such as moisturizing it, increasing elasticity, and replenishing skin cells and tissues.

  5. Drinking water helps allow you to have greater endurance. It moisturizes your joints, allowing you to push yourself more. Drink water when you exercise!
